Using a Pressure Chamber to Manage Irrigation

April 20, 2017 @ 10:30 am - 2:30 pm

Free, RSVP required

The University of California Cooperative Extension invites fruit and nut crop producers to participate in a free training opportunity.  This workshop will offer classroom teaching and field experience.  Attendees will have an opportunity to learn to use a pressure chamber on different nut and fruit crops, work with different types of pressure chambers and learn about a new app that speeds up the monitoring process.  The app instantly organizes the data and builds daily reports based on University of California guidelines to help growers achieve ideal irrigation conditions.  If you have a pressure chamber, you are encouraged to bring it for the field training.

This meeting is Co-Sponsored by: PMS Instrument Company and Pressure Bomb Express, LLC.

Due to limited space of 40 participants, RSVP is REQUIRED. Please call (530) 527-3101 or email clmcclain AT ucanr.edu.
