Save the date and join us for the Third Thursday: Economics of Orchard Management Changes!

UCCE Ag. Economics Advisor Domena Agyeman will present on how to evaluate orchard management changes. He will cover how to use partial budgeting to assess the cost and benefits of alternative management practices, including changes in fertilizer and pest management programs and thinning practices, to support decision making. He will also discuss other farm business analysis tools and when to use them to evaluate orchard management decisions.

After the presentation, we’ll open the floor to discuss issues and concerns from the field for all tree corps. Bring your questions, observations, photos, and more for an open forum of growers, PCAs, industry members, and farm advisors.
